Chapter17 To be Ethical is an Idea toward To be Humanistic①

Thinking of Ethical things is a Control to Not Ethical things in Chapter12, a matter we think of not moralistic or not ethical would be not humanistic. As a truth that not humanistic would be the same as a question of reasonable and moralistic and responsibility, not humanistic would be the same as the one to deviate the way of the question to live in human society as the significance of value. For example for the person who know he or she only live since not so far moment as several years or months, how to live in rest time is naturally decided as an individual answer according to detachment of coming soon of his or her death. The if we dare to define not to humanistic, we can define it as to live without any ideas with an individual value decision of contradictory aspect or to live with an idea of not admitting any values of getting an individual answer. Deviating value is the same being idle not to find out or to prepare individual answer of how to live the rest time or trespassing others’ one. All those have being understood by us.
Then for the person to have little time of his or her future, to live is just the best value as annalistic value and for accomplishing its annalistic value, to think of how to live the rest time and to decide any action he or she has not done can be said as the synthetic value as planning character.

Academic community is the world that only master and apprentice system can be passed. For example philosophy is usually thought by people that anybody can get an essence after getting piled experience of life. But it is a study that apprentice must learn a manner as fundamental knowledge, usually said as getting a post of vice professor since getting 34 or 35. It is so closing circle.
I don't know the foreign countries’circumstance, but I can say that keeping up with the same community tasks only convey the status as profession, cut its field is so troublesome. Therefore possibility to get success of changing the profession or restart a job or getting a chance to debate other professional worlds adjusting other professional methods or criticizing other genre professions is so lower in this country. This reality shows that idea of that originally the studies should be a thing to be opened to everybody except a professional people would be a form to be shown to popularity but really its world can be composed toward an object to keep up with professional people’s livings as narrow community in the view of narrow synthetic object.
Or thinking of marriage as the action to keep up with the social status is applicable for that synthetic and analytic judgment. If the partner to marry has hidden the trouble sickness to be held before the proposition to marry to myself would be a trigger to solve the claim to divorce in law order. In the case of inheriting the parents generation heritage of the business for the side to be hidden by his or her marriage partner to marry, action by him or her would perhaps be judged in the way of not only need to acquire of partner’s love but also an anticipation to get an economic power from future husband or wife as consideration.
Originally to say in love motivation definition, partners’ sickness would be the matter to share this distress, but before reality of marriage life, it needs a power to overcome its trouble as a responsibility, to hide serious matter to the partner as an action would be considered as the need to clear the true mind to hide those in the standpoint of divorcing claim( Especially hidden side of marriage has a hope to have children has a situation to be held secret by the partner skillfully despite of the confession to her or him to hope children before their marriage).
Namely even also an affection or moral are the matter to be judged as juridical and social rule as the judgment of synthetic vision. Paraphrasing it, surely the person to owe to a serious sickness or the giant debt would be an object to be rescued or considered with a care, but in the real problem, the thing to share the trouble is just an ideal action in the marriage life, at the matter of fact thinking of realization to that solution on the premise, the person to hold the power to solve all is so rare, because of the condition of economic power or a solid social status. Then a case to marry after mutual natural love emotion and planning to marry with an especial real condition to inherit a business management have each different manner as contents to plan the marriage for the partner. This reality has a chance to be driven to the problem of the question which is valuable loving emotion and marriage reality as a humanistic judgment, but in common sense that question has to be abolished as an ideal imagination as an armchair theory, originally humanistic judgment or moralistic judgment are on the premise to evaluate in the capacity to solve the problems or real power to live on economic standpoint. Then in the ethical view of responsibility realization as the power precedes a mercy.
